Family
On
arrival to Jane and Dave's home to meet the puppies for the first time, we
entered a relaxed and friendly environment.
The
puppy nursery was organised, clean and calm. We were introduced to Maddie (the mummy)
and the rest of their hairy bunch!
We
were given freedom to pick up and cuddle the pups, take a number of photos
and ask many questions.
After
a number of visits to their home and a visit to my home plus a lot of
questions, a date was arranged to pick up my new puppy.
The
collection of MacDuff took over two hours as forms needed to be
checked, a LARGE "doggy"
bag of goodies to be explained and last minute advice to be given. This was reassuring and very helpful.
I was told that I could phone them day or
night if help was needed.
Overall,
a really lovely experience and Mac is a well socialised and laidback dog.
